219 Disclosure to a Royal Commission
(1) An official of the Pricing Authority may disclose protected Pricing Authority information to a Royal Commission. (2) The Chair of the Pricing Authority may, by writing, impose conditions to be complied with in relation to protected Pricing Authority information disclosed under subsection (1). (3) An instrument under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument.
