218 Disclosure to the Secretary etc.
(1) An official of the Pricing Authority may disclose protected Pricing Authority information to the Secretary. (2) An official of the Pricing Authority may disclose protected Pricing Authority information to the head (however described) of the Health Department of a State or Territory unless the information is: (a) health care pricing and costing information; or (b) aged care information.
