214 Disclosure or use for the purposes of this Act
An official of the Pricing Authority may disclose or use protected Pricing Authority information if: (a) the disclosure or use is for the purposes of this Act; or (b) the disclosure or use is for the purposes of the performance of the functions of the Pricing Authority under this Act; or (c) the disclosure or use is in the course of the official’s employment or service as an official of the Pricing Authority.
