205 Committees
(1) The Pricing Authority may establish committees to advise or assist it in the performance of its functions. (2) A committee may be constituted: (a) wholly by members of the Pricing Authority; or (b) wholly by persons who are not members of the Pricing Authority; or (c) partly by members of the Pricing Authority and partly by other persons. (3) The Pricing Authority may determine, in relation to a committee established under this section: (a) the committee’s terms of reference; and (b) the terms and conditions of appointment of the members of the committee; and (c) the procedures to be followed by the committee.
