200 Termination of appointment
(1) The Pricing Authority may at any time terminate the appointment of the Chair of the Jurisdictional Advisory Committee. (2) The Secretary of the Department may at any time terminate the appointment of the Jurisdictional Advisory Committee member representing the Commonwealth. (3) The head of the Health Department of a State or Territory may at any time terminate the appointment of the Jurisdictional Advisory Committee member representing the State or Territory.
