194 Pricing Authority may assist the Clinical Advisory Committee and its subcommittees
(1) The Pricing Authority may: (a) assist the Clinical Advisory Committee in the performance of its functions; or (b) assist a subcommittee established under section 191 in the performance of its functions. (2) The assistance may include the following: (a) the provision of information; (b) the making available of resources and facilities (including secretariat services and clerical assistance).
