14 Charging of fees
Fees (1) The Commission may charge fees for things done in performing its functions, so long as rules are in force under subsection (2). Rules to be complied with by Commission (2) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, make rules to be complied with by the Commission in charging fees under subsection (1). (3) Before making rules under subsection (2), the Minister must consult each participating State/Territory Health Minister. (4) The Commission must comply with rules in force under subsection (2).
