59 Withdrawal of list management application, and refund of fee
(1) A list management application may be withdrawn by written notice given to the Department. (2) If the list management application is withdrawn within 10 business days after the day the notification in relation to the application was given under section 58, the fee (if any) paid for providing list management services in response to the application must be refunded.
