38 Assessing submissions
(1) The Committee or the Minister may request further information from a person who has made a submission to assess the submission. (2) If the Committee or the Minister is unable to assess a submission without further information, the Committee or the Minister may ask the Secretary to consider: (a) determining, under subsection 37(1), the evaluation category the submission is in; or (b) reviewing, under section 74: (i) a determination under subsection 37(1) of the evaluation category the submission is in; or (ii) a decision under subsection 68(1) (waiver of fees) in relation to the submission.
