96Reports and recommendations

#### 96 Reports and recommendations (1) A report or a recommendation made to the Minister by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee as part of its consideration of a matter must be in writing. (2) If: (a) the members of the Committee are not unanimous in agreeing to a report or a recommendation; and (b) a member who is not part of the majority asks the Chairperson of the Committee to include, as part of the report or recommendation: (i) a statement that the members are not unanimous; or (ii) an explanation of the opinion of the member; or (iii) a separate report or recommendation made by the member; the report or recommendation must include the matter requested by the member.
