#### 74 Step 4—disclosed price for brand (1) Work out the disclosed price of the listed brand of the pharmaceutical item for the data collection period for the brand. (2) The disclosed price is: (a) if the adjusted volume (see step 2) of the listed brand is zero or less—zero; or (b) if the adjusted volume (see step 2) of the listed brand is more than zero: (i) the amount worked out by dividing the adjusted net revenue for the listed brand (see step 3A) by the adjusted volume; or (ii) if the amount worked out under subparagraph (i) is more than the average approved ex‑manufacturer price for the listed brand for the data collection period—the average approved ex‑manufacturer price of the listed brand.
