#### 64 Labelling of pharmaceutical benefits—full cost (1) A pharmaceutical benefit supplied by an approved supplier must be labelled with the words “full cost” followed by the full cost of the pharmaceutical benefit. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to: (a) an approved supplier to which section 99AAB of the Act applies; or (b) an approved hospital authority; or (c) a pharmaceutical benefit obtained under subsection 93(2), 93AA(2) or 93AB(2) of the Act; or (d) a pharmaceutical benefit to which subsection 99(2A), (2AB) or (2B) of the Act applies; or (e) the supply of a pharmaceutical benefit on the basis of a medication chart prescription. (3) For the purposes of subsection (1), the full cost of a pharmaceutical benefit is the sum of: (a) the Commonwealth price of the pharmaceutical benefit; and (b) the special patient contribution charged under subsection 87(2A) of the Act.
