#### 56 Special charge for delivery For the purposes of subsection 87(4) of the Act, when a pharmaceutical benefit is supplied by delivery at or to a place other than premises in respect of which an approved pharmacist is approved or the premises at which an approved medical practitioner carries on his or her practice, as the case may be, the pharmacist or medical practitioner may make a special charge equal to the cost of delivery.
