#### 50 Continued dispensing supplies—repeated supply not to be supplied on one occasion (1) This section applies in relation to the supply (the continued dispensing supply) of a pharmaceutical benefit by an approved pharmacist under subsection 89A(1) of the Act on the basis of a previous prescription from a PBS prescriber. (2) If, instead of directing a repeated supply, the PBS prescriber directed in the prescription the supply on one occasion of a quantity or number of units of the pharmaceutical benefit allowable under subsection 88(6) of the Act, the direction does not apply for the purposes of the continued dispensing supply.
