#### 38 Purpose of this Part
(1) Unless otherwise specified, this Part is made for the purposes of sections 105 and 140 of the Act.
(2) This Part:
(a) prescribes terms and conditions relating to the supply of pharmaceutical benefits; and
(b) provides rules about writing prescriptions.
