#### 35 Prescriber bag supplies—payment for pharmaceutical benefits (1) This section is made for the purposes of subsections 93(3), 93AA(4) and 93AB(4) of the Act. (2) An approved pharmacist who supplies a pharmaceutical benefit to a practitioner on an order under section 33 is entitled to be paid, by the Commonwealth for the supply, the sum of: (a) the Commonwealth price of the pharmaceutical benefit; and (b) the special patient contribution for a brand of the pharmaceutical item that is the pharmaceutical benefit (if any). (3) Payment by the Commonwealth under subsection (2) is subject to the conditions set out in a determination under paragraph 98C(1)(b) of the Act that is in force at the time the benefit is supplied, as if the benefit had been supplied other than under section 93, 93AA, or 93AB of the Act.
