#### 26 Refusal to issue additional or replacement cards by person other than the Secretary Where an approved pharmacist, an approved medical practitioner, a public hospital authority or an approved hospital authority makes: (a) a decision under section 24 refusing to issue an additional card; or (b) a decision under section 25 refusing to issue a replacement card; the applicant may apply to the Secretary under subsection 24(2) or 25(1) for the issue of the additional card or replacement card, as the case requires.
