#### 17 Certain requirements to be met after cancellation etc. of approval—approved pharmacists (1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person’s approval as an approved pharmacist is suspended, revoked or cancelled; and (b) the person, in any way, indicates that he or she has been, or is, approved to supply pharmaceutical benefits. Penalty: 1 penalty unit. (2) An offence against subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
