#### 14 Application for certain approvals to be in approved form (1) The Secretary may refuse to consider: (a) an application for approval of a pharmacist under section 90 of the Act; or (b) an application for approval of a medical practitioner under section 92 of the Act; if the application is not in a form approved, in writing, by the Secretary. (2) The Minister may refuse to consider an application for approval of a hospital authority under section 94 of the Act if the application is not in a form approved, in writing, by the Secretary.
