#### 9 Certain requirements to be met after cancellation etc of approval (1) If the approval of an approved pharmacist is suspended, revoked or cancelled, the pharmacist must not, in any way, indicate that he or she has been, or is, approved to supply pharmaceutical benefits. Penalty: 1 penalty unit. (2) An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability. > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
