37Surrender of forms

#### 37 Surrender of forms (1) The Secretary may, by notice in writing served on a person, require that person to surrender to the Secretary or to a person specified in the notice, within a time specified in the notice, any forms that have been supplied to that person by or on behalf of the Commonwealth under or for the purpose of Part VII of that Act or these Regulations and that are in the possession of the person. (2) A person upon whom a notice is served in pursuance of subregulation (1) shall comply with that notice. Penalty: 0.2 penalty units. (3) An offence against subregulation (2) is an offence of strict liability. > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
