8 Ensuring other pharmacists at approved premises comply with conditions
An approved pharmacist that is approved in respect of particular premises must ensure that a registered pharmacist: (a) who is not an approved pharmacist in respect of those premises; and (b) who dispenses pharmaceutical benefits at those premises; complies with the conditions set out in this Determination.
