13 Deferred supply authorisations to be prepared only at approved premises
(1) This section applies to the preparation by an approved pharmacist of a deferred supply authorisation. (2) The approved pharmacist must ensure that the authorisation is prepared by, or under the direct supervision of, a registered pharmacist who is physically present at premises that are approved premises for the approved pharmacist.
