14 Organisations may apply for approval
(1) An organisation may apply to the Secretary to be approved for the purposes of this instrument. (2) The application must: (a) be made in writing; and (b) include one or more nominations of approved pharmacists under section 19; and (c) be made in the form (if any) approved under section 20.
