34A Application of this Part
This Part applies to a special arrangement supply (the relevant supply) of an HSD pharmaceutical benefit under this Special Arrangement if the relevant supply is made: (a) to an eligible patient who is a CTG registered patient; and (b) by an approved supplier who is a CTG supplier.
