30A Paragraph 99AAAB(1)(b) of the Act does not apply to certain HSD pharmaceutical benefits

Paragraph 99AAAB(1)(b) of the Act does not apply to a special arrangement supply of an HSD pharmaceutical benefit if: (a) the manner of administration of the benefit is injection or extracorporeal circulation; and (b) the benefit is not a community access medication.
