12 Dose for change of treatment category (reclassification)
(1) An authorised prescriber must prescribe a dose of pharmaceutical benefit, for a person who is reclassified to a different category for treatment, in accordance with the dose in the table in section 11 that applies to the category to which the person has been reclassified. (2) The dose cannot exceed the maximum dose permitted for the category for treatment to which the person has been reclassified.
