24 Exclusion of legislation of this jurisdiction

(1)  [Section 24 Subsection (1) amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] The following Acts, or provisions of Acts, of this jurisdiction do not apply to or in respect of the Administrator or any function exercised or performed by the Administrator:

(a) the Ombudsman Act 1978 ;

(b) the Archives Act 1983 ;

(c) the Right to Information Act 2009 ;

(d) the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 ;

(e) [Section 24 Subsection (1) amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] sections 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 50 , 51 , 56 , 57 , 58 and 59 and Parts 4 and 5 of the Financial Management Act 2016 .

(2)  A Minister, and a person acting on behalf of a Minister, is authorised to use and disclose information about a person if the use or disclosure is for the purposes of –

(a) the exercise or performance of a function of the Minister under this Act or a corresponding law of the Commonwealth or another State; or
