14 State Managed Funds
The Secretary of the Department is to –
(a) open and maintain a separate bank account; or
(b) establish and maintaina separate fund; or
(c) designate an existing bank account or fund –
as the State Managed Fund for the State for the purposes of health funding under the National Health Reform Agreement.
