7 Definition of eligible patient
(1) A person is an eligible patient for a chemotherapy drug if: (a) the person is, or is to be treated as, an eligible person; and (b) a dose of the drug is or will be prescribed to the person for the purposes of treatment for cancer or a cancer‑related condition. (2) A person is an eligible patient for a related pharmaceutical benefit if: (a) the person is, or is to be treated as, an eligible person; and (b) the benefit is or will be prescribed to the person for the purposes of treatment for cancer or a cancer‑related condition.
