29 No separate entitlement to payment for supplies of diluent

(1) If an approved supplier adds a pharmaceutical benefit to the supply of a dose of a chemotherapy drug as a diluent, then despite section 99 of the Act no amount is payable for supply of the pharmaceutical benefit. (2) Subsection (1) applies regardless of whether the pharmaceutical benefit added as a diluent is a related pharmaceutical benefit.
