#### 72 Commissioner may enter into arrangements with NHMRC The Commissioner may make arrangements with the CEO for: (a) the services of staff of the NHMRC to be made available to the Commissioner; and (b) the provision to the Commissioner of facilities necessary for the Commissioner to perform his or her functions or exercise his or her powers under this Act.
