52Application of gifts or bequests

#### 52 Application of gifts or bequests (1) Despite anything in this Act (other than subsection (2) of this section) or in the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (other than section 58 of that Act which deals with investment by the Commonwealth), any money that is: (a) held by the Minister on trust for the purposes of the Account; or (b) accepted by the Minister for the purposes of the Account subject to a condition; is not to be dealt with except in accordance with the obligations of the Minister as trustee of the trust or as the person who has accepted the money subject to the condition, as the case may be. (2) Separate accounts are to be kept of each sum of money standing to the credit of the Account that represents an amount to which subsection (1) has a separate application.
