44 Leave of absence
(1) The Minister may grant the CEO or the Commissioner leave of absence on such terms and conditions as the Minister determines. (2) The CEO may grant: (a) a member of the Council; or (b) a member of a committee; leave of absence on such terms and conditions as the CEO determines.
