#### 39 Working committees (1) The CEO may, by writing, establish any working committees that he or she thinks necessary to help carry out the functions of the CEO, the Council or a Principal Committee. (2) A working committee comprises the members appointed by the CEO. > Note: For the appointment, terms and conditions of the members of the working committees, see Part 5. (3) A working committee has the functions determined in writing by the CEO. > Note: The CEO, the Council or a Principal Committee may delegate additional functions to a working committee: see section 82. (4) The CEO may, by writing, abolish a working committee. Instruments are not legislative instruments (5) An instrument under this section is not a legislative instrument.
