21Functions of the Council

#### 21 Functions of the Council (1) The functions of the Council are: (a) to provide advice to the CEO in relation to the performance of his or her functions; and (b) any other functions conferred on the Council in writing by the Minister after consulting the CEO; and (c) any other functions conferred on the Council by this Act, the regulations or any other law. > Note: The CEO may delegate additional functions to the Council: see section 82. Instruments are not legislative instruments (2) An instrument under paragraph (1)(b) is not a legislative instrument.
