99TDisclosure of interests

#### 99T Disclosure of interests (1) A member who has a direct or indirect pecuniary interest in a matter being considered by the Authority must, as soon as possible after the relevant facts have come to the member’s knowledge, disclose the nature of the interest at a meeting of the Authority. (2) A disclosure under subsection (1) must be recorded in the minutes of the meeting of the Authority and the member may not, unless the Minister otherwise determines: (a) be present during any deliberation of the Authority with respect to that matter; or (b) take any part in any decision of the Authority with respect to that matter.
