#### 99ADF Offence for failing to comply with the price disclosure requirements (1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is required to comply with the price disclosure requirements for a supply of a brand of a pharmaceutical item; and (b) the person fails to comply with those requirements for the supply of the brand of the pharmaceutical item. Penalty: 60 penalty units. (2) Subsection 4K(2) of the Crimes Act 1914, which creates daily or continuing offences, does not apply to an offence against subsection (1).
