84AB Pharmaceutical items
If: (a) a declaration under subsection 85(2) is in force in relation to a drug or medicinal preparation (the drug); and (b) a determination under subsection 85(3) is in force in relation to a form of the drug; and (c) a determination under subsection 85(5) is in force in relation to a manner of administration of that form of the drug; then the drug in that form with that manner of administration is a pharmaceutical item.
