#### 84AAI Meaning of eligible nurse practitioner (1) For the purposes of this Part, a person is an eligible nurse practitioner if the person: (a) is a nurse practitioner; and (b) meets the requirements (if any) set out in a determination made under subsection (2). (2) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine one or more requirements that a specified person must meet in order to be an eligible nurse practitioner for the purposes of this Part.
