#### 84A Participating dental practitioners (1) A dental practitioner may give to the Secretary a notification, in writing, that the dental practitioner wishes to become a participating dental practitioner for the purposes of this Part. (2) Where the Secretary receives a notification under subsection (1), the Secretary shall, by writing signed by the Secretary, approve the dental practitioner concerned as a participating dental practitioner for the purposes of this Part. (3) The Secretary shall notify the dental practitioner concerned of the dental practitioner’s approval under this section.
