#### 136A Filling of vacancies on committees (1) Whenever a vacancy occurs in the office of a member of a Committee who was appointed by the Minister from among persons of a specified description nominated by a specified body, the Minister may request the appropriate body to nominate a specified number of persons of that description and may fill the vacancy by appointing a person from among the persons so nominated. (2) In this section, Committee means a committee constituted under this Act.
