#### 135 Right of Commonwealth officers to practise (1) An employee of the Commonwealth who is registered as a medical practitioner, dentist, nurse, pharmaceutical chemist, pharmacist, physiotherapist or optometrist under the law of a State or Territory is entitled to perform, on behalf of the Commonwealth, the duties of the employee’s profession in any other State or Territory notwithstanding that the employee is not registered in that other State or Territory. (2) In subsection (1), Territory includes Norfolk Island, the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands and the Territory of Christmas Island.
