#### 117 Reports not to relate to conduct of PBS prescribers (1) Subject to subsection (2), nothing in the preceding provisions of this Division authorizes a Committee to report on the conduct of a PBS prescriber in relation to a matter upon which the Committee makes inquiry. (2) Subsection (1) does not prevent a Committee from referring in a report to the conduct of a PBS prescriber where that reference is incidental to a report by the Committee on the conduct of an approved pharmacist. (3) In this section, Committee means a Committee established under this Division.
