107 Interpretation
(1A) In this Part, approved pharmacist and PBS prescriber have the same respective meanings as in Part VII. (2) For the purposes of this Part: (a) the Australian Capital Territory and Norfolk Island shall be deemed to be part of the State of New South Wales; and (b) the Northern Territory of Australia shall be deemed to be part of the State of South Australia.
