#### 105AC Statements to accompany notification of decisions (1) Where the Minister, a delegate of the Minister, the Secretary or a delegate of the Secretary makes a decision of the kind referred to in section 105AB and gives, or causes to be given, to the person or persons whose interests are affected by the decision notification in writing of the decision, that notice shall include a statement to the effect that, subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, application may be made to the Tribunal for review of the decision to which the notice relates by or on behalf of the person or persons whose interests are affected by the decision. (2) Any failure to comply with the requirements of subsection (1) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
