90 Regulator must not extend multi‑year period declaration in force before 1 July 2023
(1) This section applies in relation to a declared multi‑year period in a multi‑year period declaration in force immediately before this section commences. (2) Despite subsection 68(3), the Regulator must not extend the length of the declared multi‑year period.
