#### 69 Occupier to provide authorised officer with all facilities and assistance (1) The occupier of warrant premises, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, must provide the officer executing the warrant and any person assisting that officer with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers. (2) A person commits an offence if the person fails to comply with the obligation set out in subsection (1).
