49 Injunctions

Scope (1) This section applies to each of the following provisions: (a) subsection 11B(20); (b) subsection 11C(16); (c) subsection 12(1); (d) subsection 15B(1); (e) subsection 19(1); (f) subsection 20(4); (g) subsection 21(4); (h) subsection 21A(2); (i) subsection 22(1); (j) subsection 22(2); (k) subsection 22G(1); (l) subsection 22H(1); (m) subsection 22X(2); (n) subsection 22XA(1); (o) subsection 22XB(1); (p) subsection 22XC(1); (q) section 22XF. Enforceable provisions (2) The provision is enforceable under Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014. Authorised person (3) The Regulator is an authorised person in relation to the provision for the purposes of Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014. Relevant court (4) The Federal Court of Australia is a relevant court in relation to the provision for the purposes of Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014. Extension to external Territories etc. (5) A reference to this Act in sections 6 to 6C of this Act includes a reference to Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014, as that Part applies in relation to the provision.
