#### 22XO Concurrent operation of State and Territory laws (1) The safeguard provisions and the safeguard rules are not intended to exclude or limit the operation of a law of a State or Territory that is capable of operating concurrently with the safeguard provisions and those rules. (2) Subsection (1) of this section has effect subject to section 5.
